Beet and Bleu Cheese Salad

  • 8oz mixed greens
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3oz Witt’s Lemon Honey Beets
  • ½ Medium red onion
  • 3oz Bleu Cheese
  • 2oz Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place the greens in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the beet slices into quarters and add then to the bowl, then slice the onion very thin and do the same.  Add the cheese, drizzle with the olive oil, and toss to coat.
